How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments as well as super easy payments through PayPal.

I have received part of my order but some is missing, help?

Don’t panic!!  Your order ships directly from the many awesome labels that are part of Vecta Store so this means that you may receive more than one package if you’re showing love to more than one label.

Will I receive my order in one package?

See the FAQ above. You may receive your full order in more than one package as your items ship direct from each label.

Can I return an item if I chose the wrong one?

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Unfortunately we begin processing your order straight away. This involves a number of steps that may make changing your order not possible. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us and we will endeavour to do so. Please keep in mind that this is not always possible due to the speed we aim to pack, send and fulfil your order with.

Do I receive an invoice and confirmation of my order?

We will send an email confirmation to let you know your order has been received and is being processed. An invoice will also be included in the email and a secondary email will be sent once your order has been shipped and is on its way.
